On January 18! 2024! the Supreme Court! by a panel of judges of the Second Judicial Chamber of the Criminal Court of Cassation! within the framework of case No. 715/2635/22! proceedings No. 51-3091 km 23 (EDRSRU No. 116512365)! investigated the issue of using a fake military ID card to cross the state border of Ukraine.
According to Part 4 of Article 358 of the Criminal Code ofUkraine
