Thanks to modernization! the ESICS should become a platform booking according to the new rules: deadlines and restrictions that ensures transparency! accessibility and efficiency of justice. Optimization of the work of the judicial system will allow reducing the time for considering cases and improving the quality of service to citizens.
This document is an important step towards the digitalization of justice! awb directory but it requires careful revision. My task is not only to criticize! but also to propose ways to solve problems. I hope that my proposals will contribute to the development of a modern judicial system in Ukraine.
The ESICS concept is an ambitious project that has the potential to radically change Ukrainian justice. Its implementation will allow creating a system that meets modern technological standards! promotes transparency and accessibility of judicial processes! and will be an important step towards strengthening the rule of law in Ukraine. However! success depends on coordinated actions by all stakeholders! adequate funding! and a focus on user needs.
