1. Building permit:

2. Environmental assessment:

Mandatory for installations using biogas or solid fuels.

3. Equipment certification:

The equipment must comply with quality and safety standards approved in Ukraine.

 

Agreement for connection to electricity networks:

 

Concluded with the local distribution system operator (DSO).

Licenses
1. License of the National Commission aub directory for the Production of Electricity of Ukraine for Electricity Generation:

Required for enterprises producing more than 1 MW of electricity.

2. License for the sale of electricity:

Required for the sale of electricity on the market.

3. Certification of the “green” tariff:

Additional incentive for cogeneration systems running on biogas or biomass.
