Of course! the Ukraine Investment Attractiveness Index is a rather UKR-Invest specific study! which is more of a survey in nature and in no way reveals the investment potential of Ukraine. The assessment of respondents! among whom a significant number of top managers! is often emotionally colored and depends on many factors! including the situation on the front. However! some conclusions can be drawn from this Index! especially if these data are compared with other international rating studies.
